Our annual Heritage Awards program celebrates the people who make preservation happen: dedicated homeowners, insightful architects, creative developers, visionary leaders.
Each Heritage Award recipient offers a model for meeting the challenges of preservation that others can draw on in their own endeavors. As a group, the recipients represent the many and varied ways preservation is accomplished in our communities.
Heritage Awards Dinner 2016

The evening will include dinner and a presentation of this year’s Heritage Award winners. These awards are given only to building owners, companies and individuals who have shown the highest standard of preservation in their projects. If you haven’t been to the ceremony before, it’s a wonderful show that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated by the display of commitment to historic restoration and preservation.
SCHEDULE OF THE EVENING
6:00 – 6:30 p.m. – Cocktails and Meet 'n Greet
6:30 – 8:30 p.m. – Dinner and Awards Ceremony
Winners will be notified by January. Owner’s of Heritage Award winning projects will receive two complimentary tickets to the dinner and awards ceremony. The deadline for the 2017 applications is September 30, 2016
Utah Heritage Foundation is seeking nominations for its annual Heritage Awards honoring excellence in historic preservation throughout Utah. The purpose of the Heritage Awards is to recognize those projects, organizations, agencies, and individuals that exemplify the highest standards within the preservation movement. Utah Heritage Foundation distributes and accepts nominations from now through September 14 for projects completed in the previous year (2016 awards honor projects completed in 2015).
